Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Applied online and received an email a few days later to interview onsite with a few people from the group. Met with an associate and a director who were very cordial and open about the company. Was told that hours would be about 70-80/week. The interview consisted of the typical "walk me through your resume" question and several technical questions to test my bond and derivative knowledge.
