Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Had four coffee chats over the course of a few months and was invited to an invite-only dinner to meet with additional members of the team. Following the dinner and my final coffee chat, I was invited to a superday (1 hour in person - 30 minutes behavioral and 30 minutes technical). Behavioral questions were typical - pitch, why banking, why BofA. Technical were basic accounting, an accretion/dilution merger math question, and general conceptual questions such as explain valuation methods, walk through DCF, and additional healthcare specific such as how do DCFs for biotech companies differ.
