It was a great learning experience overall, albeit being my first time advancing to the last round. I believe that the long assessment centre day and intensive activities were a good reflection of what I am willing to go through on a day-to-day basis, if I was accepted or were to continue to pursue this career path in the future.
1. Application process - similar to most companies, BoA had HIreVue and online application which asks questions such as "why BoA". "what are your strengths and weaknesses", "tell me about yourself".
2. Skipped phone interview for some reason - although I got a brief call from Sweden BoA asking if I was flexible in graduation timing (1 question...)
3. Assessment Centre (1 day; 6 hours) - Numerical test (25min for 30 question or something; time is your foe); Group interview (M&A case study; know your ratios and numbers please; game & food industry); 1-on-1 interview (market sizing- number of planes flying out of Heathrow; personal questions; no technical questions for me weirdly)
