Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Only an AC: numerical test (not the typical online test, there was time pressure), group exercise (evaluate three investment opportunities, choose 1), individual exercise (quite easy, just a check-list), two interviews (had 1 associate, 1 MD). Hands down the best HR department I have been in touch with.
