Practice Mgmt Development (PMD) Associate

Basic phone screen by the division's recruiter than referred to hiring mgr. Was lucky enough to only be required one 1 on 1 interview with my direct report due to time constraints. But later informed by colleagues that the process usually involves a phone screen then a 1 on 1 with direct report and finally a panel with the regional MD and your "coach" and possibly one other more senior person. There are 2 "levels" for this position each with its own sales goals and payouts. Level 1 is $50k and under and level 2 starts from $50k to a cap of $75k in the NY Metro region. Basic fit and personality questions...also given a pen and was asked to "sell it". Asked about prior experience as well and what type of network I am in and how I can bring them into the business. Lastly, was given a "business " and "marketing" plan to take home to complete.
