Private Wealth Management Intern

Applied for the program through school's recruiting website. One of the FA's from Merrill called me to schedule an interview. Arrived 10 minutes early for the interview and interns told me to have a seat to wait. A bit later, the FA came out, told me I was 40 minutes late (which wouldn't even make sense because the interview would be scheduled at like 9:20 then) and that he had a meeting so I have 5 minutes to sell myself. Stupid mind game. Didn't ask me any questions. Then said that he wasn't looking for someone with any skills, just an intern to cold-call 50 potential clients a day. Bad job, bad interview, bad FA.
