Since I was contacted by Huxley, I am not sure about the applying process. But overall the experience is positive. The phone interview and on-site interview is very straight forward, the questions are all very easy (as compared to technology company like Google/Facebook, etc.), partly I think is because this is a new team that formed up for less than a year. The offer generating phase is a bit long, have to wait for like two weeks to hear the result, and meanwhile can only give you promising hints. But it is worth the wait I guess, the offer is very generous (as from a Bank in Chicago area), and it is a much better position at a much better company (worked at Sears Holdings before, horrible place), so accepted right away.
