Quantitative Management Associate Program

1. First round is an on-campus 2-on-1 30 minute interview with a group head in my city. Interview is mostly behavioral based, although there is one question about regressions and how you would describe it to someone who has no idea what it is. Not very technical at all.
2. If you pass the first round you get invited to the final round in Charlotte, NC directly. After being notified of your invitation, you will be sent an HBS case study (that they also modified to include more quantitative analysis). Know your econometrics and statistics for this case.
The day of the final round interview you get 1 hour to prep with your group, 15 minutes to present the case.
After that, you have 4 back to back interviews - 2 behaviorals and 2 technicals. Technical interviews may include questions on econometrics, how to analyze data, probability questions, general macro questions, etc.

You get notified of the decision in a week.
