1 on 1 Interview
Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Alumnae came to campus to do an info session and then networking lunch. Later around 15 people were invited to visit the BoA Tower in NYC. There we had a more detailed info session, networking lunch with many analysts/associates/vps and 2 rounds of short mock interview with bankers. 3 days after the resume drop deadline, received the first-round interview for the following week. An alum cam over to do on-campus interviews. Received rejection a week from the day I interviewed.
