Applied online and was contacted for a phone interview a few weeks later. Phone screen was a basic phone screen. Received an email shortly after about an accelerated super day for students going abroad in the spring.

Superday consisted of interviewing with three separate verticals candidates were requested to submit ahead of time. Met with 3-4 people in each vertical, typically a person at every level (analyst, associate, etc.).

Did not receive an offer. Looking back, it was my first experience with interviewing in the industry and I was most likely unprepared compared to many other candidates. I did not do enough research into what to expect out of an IB superday. The interviews themselves were not difficult - basic valuation questions from junior bankers and the more senior bankers were all about fit and conversation.
