What did the interview consist of?
Phone Interview
Please describe the interview / hiring process.
First, go to the online recruiting system and submit an CV and a cover letter. Fill in the details that they ask you to. After one month, they would have selected the shortlisted candidates and arranged the first phone interview with me. It's a business interview. It's a short fifteen minute one. And then the HR will inform the selected candidates again for final interview which lasts for 15-20 min as well.
