Sales and Trading Summer Analyst

The interview was very relaxed and focused on fit qualities. We talked about how the markets are moving and where they are going to be going in the near future. Then we moved into fit. They questioned my interests in the markets and why I wanted to go into S&T. This is the most important part of the interview in my opinion. Have core motivational or inspirational reasons to go into the field.

We then talked about academics and team experiences. I was surprised to not be invited to the second round. Then again, I do not know if anyone from my school was invited back. They were very nice people, and BAML would be an exceptional place to work
