Please describe the interview / hiring process.
The employees at Merrill Lynch were very accommodating during the initial recruiting process, everything prior to the actual interview. The fact that Penn State is now a target school for BAML had a big impact as well and gave me more exposure. I was invited to their Recreate the Floor even as well which taught the basics of sales & trading and I feel this had another big impact on their decision to interview me. The interview was tough, but straightforward and not like the horror stories I heard at Goldman and others
