Senior Financial Analyst

I was directly contacted by the branch Sales Manager. We spent about 30 minutes discussing the opportunity, the financial advisory team and my experience. This was a pretty general interview checking for fit. I then came into the office for a 1 on 1 interview with the Financial Advisor. We talked about my understanding of the wealth management business and my market views at length. I was asked a series of opionion questions to guage my comfort talking about the market. I then had a 1 on 1 interview with a junior team member. This was mostly a fit assesment and making sure I could get a long with the team. I then returned to the office about a week later for another interview with the advisor. We discussed more specifics around my vision for investment portfolios and specific strategies I hoped to implement.
