Senior Relationship Manager

I applied in June and was contacted a month later. The initial interview was 30 minutes with a VP from the talent part of the organization. It was a general interview with some scenario specific questions mixed in. The next interviews were 30 minutes with an SVP on the team and the Market Exec. The SVP discussion was more of a casual conversation while the Market Exec asked 6 specific questions. 2 weeks later I was informed for the next round I should put together a business plan. I had a week to do that and submit. Within a few days I was told I got a final round interview which involved a review of financial and a fake client pitch.
