Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Applied online. No networking. No employee referral. Purely through resume pick. Was given a phone interview the first week of January, lasted only 5 minutes, pretty much just talked about our personal interests. Found out 4 days before the Superday. Interviewed with only 7 other people, they have a very small sophomore program so that was it.
