I applied online after an employee referral and networked with about 20 people at the firm. I received an email for my first round during December and had my first round over the phone the first week of January. A week later, I went up to New York for a Superday at the office with three back to back interviews. For sophomores, BofAML focuses more on fit, but has some technicals.
