Applied online, sent a Hirevue email straight away. Hirevue was straightforward: 5 questions, 3 situational judgements, 1 question about recent news that interested you, 1 question about why you want to work in this sector and to talk about yourself. Asked for a phone interview, haven't heard back since the phone interview. Phone interview consisted of combination of motivational and behavioural questions. Motivations for applying to the sector, tell me about yourself, what makes you suited to the sector, why BofA. Behavioural: time you worked in a team, any challenges you faced etc. Also, general talk about what interested you in recent news can be about the sector or not.
