Summer Analyst

I applied through my school's career center/job board by submitting a cover letter and resume. Once I passed the resume screening round, I scheduled a 1st round interview with the Campus Recruiting HR person. The 1st round was entirely a resume walk-through and behavioral interview. The final round was just a 1-on-1 with the Group Manager during which he also asked me many a number of behavioral questions and a series of technical questions related to financial statement analysis and credit analysis. No questions related to valuation.

Around a week later I received an offer from HR and a follow-up from the Group Manager who was eager to have me accept, which I did.
