1 on 1 Interview
Please describe the interview / hiring process.
First there was a hirevue which was handed out to a few candidates at my college. The hirevue was all behavioral. Then there was a 20 minute phone call interview, which was all technical. I got asked DCF/LBO questions, as well as how I would value an apple tree, so mostly basic. Then there was a virtual superday with two 25 minute interviews, one technical and one behavioral.
