Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Stared out with networking. The networking process is what they consider a "first round". If networking goes well you will eventually speak to an associate who will let you know when you can expect a Hirevue. The interviews start with submitting a Hirevue. Basic behavioral questions, no technicals. Around 2 weeks after Hirevue submission, they sent out Superday invites. The invites went out the day before the Superday. Interviews were all virtual and consisted of 4 30 min interviews. Split between technical and behavioral. Technical portion was more application based so they know you didn't just memorize topics. Interviewers were supportive and showed a good culture. There were 2 waves of this process, one in February and one in March. Most offers are given out during the February process.
