1 on 1 Interview
Please describe the interview / hiring process.
First round phone interview with basic fit and technical questions. Second round was in office super day the same week with ~6 half hour interviews. Interviews ranged from being purely fit to both fit and technical. The fit questions centered around why healthcare banking and why San Francisco. Technicals included how do you value a biotech? Explain the capital structure of a typical biotech, as well as normal accounting questions.
