Summer Analyst

When I got a call to schedule an interview, I was also invited to have dinner with the interviewers the night before the interview. The dinner was very relaxed and was a good way to become more familiar with the interviewers so I wasn't as nervous for the next day.
Before the final round/super day there was a cocktail event with most of the junior bankers and HR. The final round was at their office and consisted of around 8 interviews with various different people, including the MD. The interview questions were at times tough but in all they were fair.
HR made sure to ask everyone to let them know if we had any other offers come in so they could speed up the decision. When I received other offers and let HR know, they just said thanks and said they would let me know when a decision has been reached. by the time they came back to me with an offer, it was too late.
