Applied online got invited to first stage interviews
This was easy just one 1-1 interview they just want to make sure you know what banking is and you want it bad enough (basically homework check)
Second stage is where things got interesting.
First you sit a numerical test. DO NOT EXPECT TO FINISH IT. It's 35 questions but realistically you will do 25-30. This is normal and I still got the job. Second is a technical interview. They give you some accounts and ask you questions like who do you think could buy this company, can you calculate OCF etc. I would say medium difficulty at best.
Finally you do two 1-1 interviews - around your motivations and a couple investing questions (below)
