Please describe the interview / hiring process.
First applied through my college's career center (just dropping the resume), get notified of the interview about a week before. It was a first round on campus interview with one associate, lasted for 30 minutes. All of the questions asked by the interviewer are behavioral/resume based. Example questions include "What is your favorite class", "What is your least favorite class", "Why BAML", "What specific product would you like to trade", etc. Although the job is sales&trading, there was no market question asked or any technical questions/brain teasers. Get notified two days later that I am not selected.
