Summer Analyst

I applied online the first day applications went live (7/1). I was invited to participate in their first round HireVue (specific to S&T) about 1 month later, and was then invited to a superday a week after I submitted the HireVue.
The superday was three 30' interviews. Mix of 2-on-1 and 1-on-1. Superday results received the next day. A good emphasis on fit / behavioral questions to pick your brain, personality, how you react to certain scenarios, and then several technical market questions to make sure you are up-to-date on the markets and have opinions about it.
