Please describe the interview / hiring process.
I got into one of their diversity programs. Wanted to interview for IB but was placed in Capital Markets. 2-day program and networked with people from both. Second day was three interviews. Two were 1 on 1s (MD's) and one was 2 on 1 (associate and VP). Didn't receive offer but was later asked to speak over the phone with two people from another group (MD and analyst).
