Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Applied online for their diversity program, they sent a hirevue, heard back in mid-February about a month later, and the actual program was Feb 24 and 25. There were no personality, IQ, or skills test to get into the program, just a relatively thoughough application and the hirevue. The diversity program 4-6 hours each of the two days, and they gave us interview advice, panels, networking sessions, and firm overviews. Overall very engaging and they paid for our lunch. They sent a survey right after the diversity program where you indicated a date preference and group (IB, Wealth management, etc) preference for the superday. Heard back about my date and group a couple of days later. Accelerated superday was a week after the diversity program on the Friday and got an offer on Monday. There were no interviews prior to the superday, only the accelerated superday from the diversity program (and the hirevue to get into the program if you count that). The superday was half hour behavioral and half hour technical - very fair questions and nothing too challenging. Extremely easy process, engaging diversity program, and very organized. Was very impressed by the speed of the process.
