Summer Analyst M&A

The interview was 30 minutes long, and it was with an associate. He dove straight in with why the summer analyst program, why bank of america. Than there were a couple behavioral fit questions, one was what was a skill that you have learned in the past 12 months from skratch, couple more like that. After those, he asked me about a deal BoA did in the past 12 months that I found interesting, where I mentioned a data center deal that was currently ongoing. Then at the 10 minute mark, he presented a mini case study, which was essentially a restructuring problem, where he asked a couple of valuation questions. Then the last 10 minutes were just mental math.
