Summer Associate

I applied through Bank of America's website. A couple of weeks later I was invited to complete a Hirevue video. Roughly a month later I was invited to the SuperDay. The SuperDay was pretty relaxed. I interviewed with three different interviewers. The first two interviews were with two analysts each. The last one was with a single analyst. The most important thing is knowing your stock pitch and being fluent in the markets.
