1. Describe a team when you had to work in a group setting.
2. Tell us about a feedback that you've got in your previous roles.
3. Tell us about a time when you made mistake.
Then go to technical:
1. What is beta? How would you calculate beta?
2. Treasury stock method to calculate fully diluted shares.
3. Perform accretion / dilution model when there is synergies between two companies.
