Summer Associate

Hiring process consisted of one month of coffee chats with different people on the healthcare coverage team. There were no technicals during coffee chat but the occasional trend/recent deal question. There is no first round interview, only Super Day. Super Day was in person on the healthcare floor at BofA tower. When you arrive, 2 stub associates welcome you in and they take you to either the technical or behavioral interview. Super Day consists of 2 interviews: behavioral with a more senior banker and technicals with an associate. Here are the questions they asked:

Accretion/dilution: A acquiring B with 20% premium, 50/50 stock and debt. Company A has 10 S/P, 100 S/O, interest rate 10%, tax rate 50%, pretax income $100. Company B has $5 S/P, 100 S/O, pretax income $60, tax rate 40%.
Time for 3-4 questions at the end
