Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Recruitment process started in Sept 2013 with bschool alumni (target top 10 bschool in North East) coming on campus. Then over the period from Sept to mid Dec, conducted numerous informational phone interviews and office visits. BAML associates/VPs/MDs regularly came on campus for invitational dinners, and other recruiting events. Interview process started with invitations (processed through the bschool), then interviews conducted on campus. 1st interview with 2 VP and above (30min). Final interview done same day, 2 20min interviews. Offers sent later that night.
