Please describe the interview / hiring process.
First Round: Video Interview. Standard behavioral but some were a bit more out of the blue (I.e. name a time when you improved a process etc) only get 30 secs to formulate response and one response per question.
Superday: 3 interviews. 1 on 1 w MD. Mostly behavioral and questions about my Fund at school. 1 on 1 w Director. Very basic technicals in the beginning “What is WACC.” then on to very basic resume behaviorals. 2 on 1 w MD and associate. All resume behavioral. Very easy
