Please describe the interview / hiring process.
They threw three different types at me. First, I had a 1-on-1 with a woman who was not personable at all. She had blocked off 45 minutes for the interview and at the end she acted as if we were required to use that entire time. She began asking me pointless questions just to burn time. Second, I interviewed with what seemed to be two mid-level managers. This was your typical interview (i.e. Tell me about yourself, run down your resume with me, what are your strengths and weaknesses, etc....). This part went well and they were very friendly. Last, I had an interview with what I assume is a leader in the division. She was very dry and straight to the point but the question selection was the same as the previous interview and it went very well.
