Summer Intern

I applied online through the recruiting system in October. Received a surprise phone call in December and had a very brief interview asking for my motivations for applying. After that I was invited to an assessment center consisting of a test, a group exercise, personal presentation and two interview. In general the culture seemed friendly and collegiate. The interviews were very structured almost as if the bankers were ticking off questions (even MDs).
