1 on 1 Interview
Please describe the interview / hiring process.
The interview was conducted with four bankers within the target group in two 2-1 sessions - 30 minutes each.
Conversational. Basic behavioral questions. What questions would you ask about company A vs. company B, given EV/ EBITDA ratios to know which is a better company to invest in? Talk about accretion/ dilution at a high level. Light accounting questions: Bought PPE for 200 with cash and debt, how does that flow through 3 statements. Then you sold at 300 PPE (gain of 100) how does that flow through.
