1st round interview on campus. Largely fit questions. Some STAR-type questions.
2nd round interview in Dallas office: Superday format. Met with 5 people. All very personable. Same format as before. The interview was slightly technical, but nothing too difficult. Each interviewer was the hiring manager for a position in a specific market/region.
Target Market Cap/Region included:
30m-1000m/OKC
100m-300m/Dallas
100m-300m/Austin
Receive a rejection notice by phone about 3 weeks later.
