Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Interview for their Veterans Associate Program. Excellent program and overall fantastic experience. Two day event, with first night being a meet and greet. Second day is four interviews, a half hour each. The interviews were almost entirely conversational in nature, and a very comfortable setting. You can tell that this bank really values the skills that veterans can bring to their business, even without a background in finance.
