Please describe the interview / hiring process.
BOA application followed by Hirevue in mid-September. 6 weeks later was offered a Superday in Houston. Flown out and put in nice hotel with meals paid for.
Superday consisted of three 45-minute interviews that were 2-on-1. Mostly fit and behavioral questions, with a number of small accounting or finance questions thrown in over the course of interviews to ensure knowledge. All interviewers were at least SVP level. They asked me to go into detail on projects I had done either at school or at work.
