Equity Research Analyst Intern

Lean team structure with smooth and efficient hiring process. The group interview was conducted by all the six member in the industry research group and they ask questions in turn, the whole process last for 1 hours.
For the type of the questions, it was 60% behavior and 40% technical. The behavior quesitions mainly focused on motivation to join the group as an intern and past unversity experience. The technical questions were mostly basic accounting quesitions.
At the end of the interview they gave me 10 minutes to ask questions.
