Alumni referred me to recruiters, they asked for my preference in field (IB,S&T etc) and locations. I picked Chicago but ultimately got NY. First round was a phone screen with an MD, mainly behavioral almost no technicals except for questions on my resume. Straight to superday after, only flight was comped. Was one 2 on 1 interview (originally multiple 1 on 1s scheduled but last minute change). Heard back day after with offer.
