Please describe the interview / hiring process.
A friend of mine at my school interned there this summer, and he introduced me to his coworkers who were also alums. I networked with them via email and informational interviews on the phone, and then flew out to visit the office too. First round was with an associate on the phone, light technicals with emphasis on why banking and why BMO. Second round with a VP and completely technical. Final round is a superday at the office.
