Please describe the interview / hiring process.
The interview was relatively simple. I initially received a call from HR, set up the interviews within the week, and I had two separate interviews within the day. The first interview was with the hiring manager and their manager and most questions were behavioral. There were a few questions about BNY and why I chose BNY and future career goals at BNY. The second interview was with a senior manager which also was behavior and more casual. Within two weeks, I received a call back with an offer and the onboarding was relatively quick.
