Initial screening was done through HR which consisted of a phone call. The discussion was mainly about my background and the HR representative telling me about the position. They asked why I would be a good fit for the position and said they would follow up. The next interview was over the phone with one of the members at the firm. They asked me to describe my background and why I was interested in the position, no technical questions here. The final interview was in the office with 2 members and was mostly fit based but asked me to describe the current state of the economy. Easy interview overall.
