Accelerated Associate Program / MBA Fellowship

I was invited to apply to the program by their diversity recruiting team. The program consists of informational interviews, an online application, which includes essays, a second round phone screen, and a final round of interviews in a "super day" format, which includes a case study. The application process is straight forward and the essay questions vary from year to year. The informational interviews are evaluative and the phone screens are behavioral and fit based. The super day is also a mix of high level technical questions (assuming you don't have a finance background pre MBA) and behavioral questions. The case study is designed to frame standard technical questions.
