Please describe the interview / hiring process.
There were several stages to the interview:
One - started with a screening process and telephone interview by a member of the HR department
Two – if successful applicants were invited to an assessed networking evening. This involved Presentations from current Barclays employees about Barclays and about the programme and subsequently networking with other candidates and Barclays employees
Three – the final evening consisted of two parts. A one on one interview between myself and a Barclay’s director. And an assessed group presentation on a case study
If successful you were provided with a formal job offer. Of the 8,000 applicants 24 were successful
