Please describe the interview / hiring process.
The on campus process for hiring associates is pretty standard. Most of the time is spent networking and attending events. Once you have built relationships with the recruiting team they will hopefully select you for interviews. First round interviews were 1-on-1 and consisted of a mix of technical and behavioral questions. The second round consisted of one technical case study and one behavioral interview.
