I came back from a summer internship with a different investment bank and talked with the recruiter whom I got to know last year, and a recent grad from my business school. They recommended me internally, and I was invited for a super day. It consisted of 3 individual 1:1 interviews. The first was with a Director who I had met several times prior. We talked about my summer, he asked a few very mild technicals and then asked me a ethical situation question.
