Please describe the interview / hiring process.
The interview process was relatively straightforward. I applied through an online portal and was referred by an alum from my school who worked there. Once I got to the first round, it was mostly behavioral with some technicals about current trends in the m&a market. Know your trends and follow along with the news, this will get you far in the interview process.
